About Me
Hello! My name is Liam Wain and I am a results driven Personal Trainer.
I specialise in: body fat reduction; muscle tone and development; strength and conditioning.
I have a degree in Behavioural Psychology; extensive knowledge about nutrition; and I'm both a level 3 personal trainer and level 2 gym instructor. I understand that feeling fit and getting the physical results you want is about more than just 'reps' in the gym, and that there's no such thing as an 'off-the-shelf' one-size-fits-all programme. Instead, I believe in a personalised approach, tailored to each of my clients, based on their habits, behaviours, and their work-outs. I believe that with this approach I can help all my clients reach their full potential - even if they can't see what that is for themselves.
